Bio: 
Jenn has worked at RIT since 2000 in various positions in residence life, first-year enrichment, new student orientation, academic advising and development and alumni relations. In addition to her role within IGM, Jenn is an adjunct instructor in the Center for Multi-Disciplinary Studies, a faculty member with the RIT Leadership Institute and an Associate with Teamworks, a Rochester-based leadership consulting company. Jenn's professional interests include: leadership development, American Sign Language and Deaf culture, and GLBT/Ally training. Jenn also plays an active role as a member of the "Just Press Play" development team, which launched a student achievement system in October, 2011. In September, 2011 Jenn was recognized with an "RIT Presidential Award" for her outstanding service and numerous contributions to the RIT community and student experience. However, Jenn's "career highlight" is being recognized by 4 students who were inducted into the Alpha Sigma Lambda Honorary Society, crediting her as "the person who had the most profound impact on their success at RIT". Jenn has a MA in Student Affairs in Higher Education from Indiana University of Pennsylvania and a BA in History/Education from St. John Fisher College (Rochester, NY).
