New Media Interactive Development FAQ

The New Media Interactive Development Bachelors program is an interesting program, but sometimes prospective students (or accepted students) have a number of questions about the program. We've prepared a list of some of the questions we generally recieve, and keep track of them in our public forums in the NMID FAQ area. Some of the questions pertain to the field of New Media, the relationship of the NMID program to both the New Media Design & Imaging program in CIAS and the GD&D program in IGM, the unique role that we see for New Media students, etc. If you don’t see your question listed here, contact our advising staff, and we will be sure to respond. If enough people ask a similar question, it will likely appear here as well!

In addition, we also keep track of generalized questions we recieve about IGM in general, such as what kind of laptop we reccomend (if you want to buy a laptop), what life is generally like in the department, etc. We keep track of those in the general IGM FAQ area, and once again, if we haven't thought to list your question, just ask... chances are, someone else is wondering the same thing!
