It's GDC time once again, and several IGM faculty, staff, and students will be floating around San Francisco! The IGM Department will be at the RIT Alumni Event on Thursday evening (see the calendar on the right for details). Just as in years past, there will be several current students and faculty as well as alumni not just from San Francisco but also those that are in town for the show! Professor Lawley will be presenting at the conference on her work this past year with Picture the Impossible on Wednesday March 10th (see the program guide for details), Professor Jacobs will be covering the show for Gamasutra, and Professors Schwartz, Bayliss, and Phelps will all be on hand for various meetings, industry relations, and associated activities. We are also looking for faculty to join our group, please see our ad in the GDC program and details at igm.rit.edu/jobs. RIT students are working as conference associates and will also be attending the confence this week. If you see someone sporting an RIT or IGM logo, please say hi!
