2:30-3 From Graduation to Corporation: What not to do, by someone who did it

Abstract: Chelsea Howe will discuss the trials and tribulations of creating a company on a college graduate's budget: navigating the paperwork, finding people to trust, and connecting with established veterans in the industry to give your work the boost it needs.

Bio: Chelsea Howe graduated from Cornell University in 2009 with a BA in Interactive Multimedia Design and minors in Game Design, Information Science, and Computing in the Arts. She founded Proper Walrus, LLC with another Cornell grad in June and they released their first game for the iPhone, Tipoli, this week.
