How do I get an account? Where do I log in?

I tried to dowload software from the E-Academy web site but all Firefox downloaded was a small file named "Downloader". What do I do with it?
Rename the file so that it ends with ".exe" and then double-click it to launch it. This is a download helper utility that will download the actual software.
What is a .ISO file and what do I do with it?
It's a CD image file. You need to either burn a CD from the image or mount the image as a virtual CD drive. Some useful information from the MSDN web site is below.
