The Bachelors in GD&D regularly accepts students that bring with them advanced placement or "AP" credit, in several different areas. Please note, however, that we generally only provide a "AP" credit for a single programming course. It has been our experience that, because our courses are specifically focused on games and media, that the general experience that student may have with the CS A or AB exams are unlikely to meet all of the pre-req knowledge we provide given our work in environments such as XNA and the XBOX 360.
In assessing what will likely transfer to the GD&D BSc as AP credit, the following form may be useful. Please note that this form is a guideline only, and any and all AP credit awarded as a part of the degree is negotiated at the time of admission.
