There are several resources available to find out more about the individual courses offered by the IGM Department. RIT maintains several institute level resources with respect to this information, including the Academic Planning Resource Website. Information on our specific course listings within this site for the current quarter are as follows:
List of IGM Undergraduate Courses [RIT Academic Planning Website]
List of IGM Graduate Courses [RIT Academic Planning Website]
In addition to the academic planning website, the Institute also maintains a database of all current course descriptions and offerings through the Student Information System. With respect to this system, IGM courses are identified as being in the College of Computing & Information Sciences (40), and then either as IGM undergraduate (4080), or IGM graduate (4085).
Finally, there is an internal database within GCCIS that we use for course planning as well, which contains the descriptions of all courses offered by the department. This is useful to students as courses can be viewed regardless of which quarter they are offered. While every effort is made to avoid any data mis-match, it should be noted that in the event of any discrepancies with respect to this data and the university level systems above, the official RIT systems have precedence.
