Practice Fall 2012 Registration w/ THE NEW Student Center

This spring all RIT students enrolling in Fall 2012 classes will do so using a page within the new SIS called the Student Center. Come to a training session to find out more about the new features this system has to offer.

We will also give students a chance to practice enrolling in classes in a hands-on setting before the system launches. Hands-on sessions will be self-paced, hosted in a lab, and seats are available on a first-come, first-serve basis. Check below for a full list of dates, times, and locations.

The new enrollment process will look much different from what students are used to and there are many new features that will enhance the enrollment experience and help students get the classes they want to take. Each session will discussion the new features of SIS including:

• Wait Listing
• Shopping Cart
• Swapping
• Enrollment Appointments

Interested? Come to an information session to find out more. Once the sessions begin, all materials will be posted to the SIS Training website. Watch for much more communication about the new SIS and the enrollment process over the next month.
